1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account on WePick, or by listing products or services as a vendor, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Vendor accounts

Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their business details, commercial registration and bank information. Accounts may be suspended if the information provided cannot be verified.

3. Listings and orders

Vendors must describe products and services accurately, keep pricing and availability up to date, and fulfil confirmed orders within the stated timeframe.

4. Pricing, fees and payouts

Prices are shown in Saudi Riyal and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. WePick deducts agreed commission and transaction charges before settlement. Payouts follow the schedule shown in the vendor dashboard.

5. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellations and returns are handled according to the policy shown at checkout and in the vendor agreement. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as loyalty points where applicable.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content, or to interfere with its normal operation.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or applicable law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
